CEO
Mr. Clarence E. Bell, is our CEO. Bell comes to America Protective Security with over 30 years of experience in the field of Law Enforcement, and Private Security. For nearly 20 years Mr. Bell worked as a Municipal Law Enforcement Officier; rising through the ranks to become Chief of Police. Mr. Bell left his position there to become the Chief of Police/ Director of Public Safety at the University Of Maryland Eastern Shore. After nine years of service for the University, Mr. Bell returned to the municipal ranks again as Chief Of Police. After 4 more years of service Mr. Bell started, Bell Security Systems. He had 4 successful years growing the company. Now he has joined us here at America Protective Security, as our CEO. He is a specialist at revaming and modernizing police departments. He also is a firm believer that proper training, proper staffing, and tight supervision, are the three essential ingredients to a successful security company. We believe that Mr. Bell will provide the leadership needed to progress our company to the top.
COO & President
John Baihai, our COO & President, graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Public Law. He has 5 years of military service, 15 years experience as an Armed Protective Security Officer (PSO) with The Department of Homeland Security and 5 years of supervisory experience. He is Special Police Officer (SPO) for Washington DC and a Private Investigator (PI) for Maryland. He has gained his experience working with various companies throughout Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC. He was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President of Bajon International and Camerica Security & Investigations. He believes that hard work, perseverance, and a good eye for detail is extremely important when working for security. His goal is to insure the overall safety and security of each client, for in security, you cannot afford to compromise.
VP Of Operations
K.D Russ, is our Vice President Of Operations. He brings a Unique style of security management to America Protective Security. Having a management career that spans 18 years, Mr. Russ has a solid background in retail, factory, and security industries. He worked his way up through security, became a Bail Enforcement Agent, which enhanced his investigation skills, and has obtained his Private Investigators license. By using his interpersonal skills, he has relayed valuable traits to new officers during their training, and uses the same tools to tactfully correct veteran officers in the field. Before joining our company, he served as the regional supervisor for delaware with another company. His hands on experience, knowledge, and dedication, in the field of security, made him our number one pick for VP Of Operations.
